U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District awards Architect and Engineering IDIQ MATOC in Support of the Army Reserve Program Nationwide to BHDG/Stanley Consultants JV

BHDG–Stanley JV, a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between BHDG Architects and Stanley Consultants, has been awarded a position on a multiple-award task order contract (MATOC) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District. The contract supports a range of architecture and engineering (A-E) services for civil works programs, the Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP), and inter-agency and international services (IIS) initiatives.

Through this partnership, BHDG Architects and Stanley Consultants bring complementary expertise in planning, design, and engineering to deliver resilient, mission-driven infrastructure solutions in support of USACE and its stakeholders nationwide.

The MATOC has a shared contract capacity of approximately $240 million over a five-year period, with individual task orders determining specific scopes, funding, and project locations. These contracts reinforces both firms’ ongoing commitment to federal clients and highlights the JV’s ability to deliver integrated A-E services for complex military construction, and civil works projects.
